Within Health is a physician-led, fully remote eating disorder program designed to deliver clinically superior, personalized care inside your living environment for individuals ages 13 and up. Our multidisciplinary care teams; including doctors, psychiatrists, dietitians, therapists, and Registered Nurses (RNs), provide wrap-around support and expert-level care through our enhanced Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care.

Theoretical Background:Within Health’s clinical model is rooted in an integrative, evidence-based approach that merges eating disorder science with modern, in-home care delivery. Our framework recognizes that sustainable recovery happens best in the environment where real life occurs. By practicing coping mechanisms directly in their own living rooms and kitchens, patients bridge the "relapse gap" often experienced when transitioning home from residential centers.
Our approach addresses eating disorders as complex conditions through the biopsychosocial model, combining physician- and RN-led medical stabilization and remote biometric monitoring with comprehensive psychotherapeutic and nutritional support. Programmatic content integrates core clinical modalities, primarily CBT/CBT-E, DBT, and real-time Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) during supported meals. Grounded in Health at Every Size® (HAES®) and anti-diet principles, our trauma-informed care prioritizes physiological health over weight while offering identity-affirming specialized tracks (including LGBTQIA+, ARFID, and mature adults) to ensure emotional safety and peer alignment.
