In my practice, I hope to continue helping folks heal their relationship with food and their bodies. I’m passionate about providing inclusive care, through a non-diet approach, rooted in Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size (HAES) principles. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and their families who are struggling with an eating disorder, as well as those who are experiencing disordered eating, chronic dieting, and health concerns.
