For athletes, perfectionists, and people that wear many hats, qualities like high performance, precision, consistency, and flawless image aren’t just nice to have – they’re expected. Sometimes, that perfectionism is even paralyzing – like if you can’t do something perfectly, you don’t want to do it at all.

The constant grind, intense focus, physical demands, and the pressure to operate at a high level every day can take an exhausting toll. Others might not be able to see it, but you can feel it, and at some point, it can all be too much.

I want to help you reconnect your mind and your body to give your nervous system a break from survival mode. We can explore the roots of your ambitious ways to take you from operating out of fear of failure and toward empowering your high personal standards. My practice will give you tools, new perspectives, and a place to revisit your “why” as you stay continue towards reaching your goals. That way, you can show up fully to the parts of your fast-paced life that matter the most.

I want to give you my best to help you be your best.
