Hi, I’m Jenny. I’m a therapist, clinical director, and co-owner of EveryBody Counseling, and I believe recovery is possible, even if you’re not totally convinced yet.

I’ve spent the last decade working with adults and teens who are tired of being at war with food, their bodies, and exercise. Our culture is pretty relentless about the idea that changing your body will finally make everything feel better. In reality, chronic dieting and body control usually leave people feeling more frustrated, more disconnected, and more worn down. My work is about helping you step out of that cycle and build a relationship with your body that’s based on care and respect, not punishment or control.

I work from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework, with a non-diet, Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size lens. In real life terms, that means we don’t spend a lot of time trying to “fix” your thoughts or make uncomfortable feelings go away. Instead, we focus on learning how to respond to them differently so they stop running the show. Mindfulness and self-compassion show up here too, not as buzzwords, but as practical skills that help you stay present, move through discomfort, and make choices that line up with the life you actually want to live.

In addition to working with clients, I’m a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS-C) and provide clinical supervision for LPC-Associates and LMFT-Associates. I really enjoy supporting newer clinicians as they build thoughtful, ethical, and sustainable practices, especially in eating disorder work.

Whether you’re coming in because of eating concerns, anxiety, trauma, or just a sense that something needs to shift, my goal is to help you move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and more like your own…not perfect, just more livable.
