At the heart of our program are our exposures with food and movement. Our team will lead our clients in supported exposures including grocery shopping, cooking skills, eating at restaurants, plating meals and utilizing intuitive eating skills. Our movement program includes yoga twice per week as well as exposures at our movement studio with our movement instructor. Movement groups are co led by our movement instructor and a primary therapist and includes stretching as well as strength training and more. Clients will have increasing challenges with exposure to mirrors during exercise. Our goal is to attain experience working through triggers that may inhibit recovery and to find balance with food and joyful movement.
We offer PHP and IOP and have supportive housing available for our PHP clients.
