Welcome, I am so glad you are here!

I am an animal-loving advocate, supporter of body autonomy, multi-generational trauma worker, and therapist who values humor and relationship in sessions.

In my office, we will use talk therapy, movement, sound, visuals, and imagination to connect you to your body, experiences, ancestors, and joy. Curiosity, connection, and humor are foundational guides of my work.

We will explore questions like:  How do you know if a situation is comfortable or safe? How can you connect with your body when it has/is the target of personal and societal criticisms?  How do we support ourselves through difficult moments and complex findings?

You are in charge of pace and personal disclosure in this process. As you feel comfortable sharing and setting boundaries, we can work together with the information that shows up!
