Janet Griffis Psychotherapy, PLLC
I specialize in relationships – with partners, community, family, and most importantly, with yourself! My approach to working with Disordered Eating combines behavioral as well as psychodynamic modalities. I see individuals as well as couples and families. We look at the underlying causes of the behaviors, and seek to relieve the deep pain that drives disordered eating and the impact that the struggle has had on your relationships. This is done gently, collaboratively and with support from other professionals as well as family members and loved ones. Recovery from an Eating Disorder CAN happen. You are not alone. Please reach out and accept help!
