Amanda Fuhr Psychotherapy
As we move through life, we encounter difficulties and may find ourselves engaging in actions that do not align with our values. Whether you are struggling with body image, emotions that seem unmanageable or low self-worth, therapy can be your pathway to peace. I invite you to create a strong, genuine relationship with me in which you feel safe exploring what may be keeping you “stuck”. Together, we can build a life of fulfillment for you. I am here to create a warm, nonjudgmental space for you to heal from your past, accept your present and enhance your future.
My passion is working with individuals struggling with eating disorders (including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder and ARFID), anxiety and depression, and interpersonal conflicts. I incorporate mindfulness, modern psychoanalytic and cognitive behavioral work into my practice.
You are reaching out for support, and I will walk alongside you on your journey towards self-exploration and meaningful change. We will work together to identify what may not being working in your life, and we will recognize and build on the strengths you already possess. With care and compassion, I will help you to express and organize your inner world.
